Today, like never before, we are witnessing a pervasive diffusion of ultra-broadband fixed-mobile connectivity, the deployment Cloud-native 5G network and service platforms, wide adoption Artificial Intelligence. It has so-called Digital Transformation our Society: as matter fact, transformative role Telecommunications Information Communication Technologies (ICT) long been witnessed precursor scientific progress economic growth in modern world. Nevertheless, this transformation is still laying its foundations on Electronics impending end Moore’s Law: therefore, rethinking long-term ways doing computation communications already started. Among these different ways, quantum technologies might trigger next innovation breakthrough medium long-term.
